RETURN POLICY:
Jamtech Industries, LLC is your provider of quality air ride and custom steel components. At Jamtech Industries, LLC we understand if you change your mind on your automotive suspension set-up. You have up to 90 days to return the items back to us if you don’t use them or change your mind. There are no returns on Custom or one of a kind items. If the items were custom designed for you….they are yours. If you are unhappy with your custom products please contact Customer service at 812-897-1261.

All eligible returns, regardless of reason, require a Return Authorization Number (RA#) Please contact customer service at 812-897-1261 to get an RA#. All returns must be shipped via UPS prepaid to Jamtech Industries, LLC, 2855 N. SR 61, Boonville, IN 47601. All items returned must be in the same condition as when they were sold. All products returned will be inspected upon arrival and replacements, credit or refunds will be issued at our sole discretion. There are no re-stocking fees for returned goods and shipping fees are non-refundable. Your return must also include a copy of the original invoice from Jamtech Industries, LLC.

PRICING POLICY
We make every effort to hold prices as low as possible for our customers, however prices are subject to change without notice. With the ever changing cost of steel and the rising cost of items from other manufacturers the price may fluctuate according to material cost. Please provide us with any competitor’s quotation for an identical item and allow us the opportunity to match or beat the price.

SHIPPING POLICY
A shipping address must be provided as we cannot ship to a PO Box. Jamtech Industries, LLC can not be held responsible for delivery delays once the shipment has left our facility. Estimated shipping rates are available on the website based on real time UPS quotes. Express services are available for in-stock items and express shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the purchaser unless otherwise negotiated. Jamtech Industries, LLC is not responsible for items once they leave our facility. Please inspect your order at time of delivery. Claims for damaged or missing items must be filled with the freight carrier. If you discover a shortage error, please call 812-897-1261 with in 10 days of receipt and all efforts will be made to correct the situation promptly.
